Frenkie de Jong wordt ook op social media bedolven onder de complimenten, na zijn optreden in het Champions League-treffen tussen FC Barcelona en Borussia Dortmund. Door verschillende X-gebruikers wordt gesteld dat de Nederlander zelfs één van zijn beste wedstrijden voor Barça speelde tegen Dortmund.
