Job description

As an addition to our team we are looking for an enterprising, creative and all round web editor / communications officer with a journalistic attitude. An important part of your work will consist of the placement, writing and editing of content for the FIFPro web and extranet sites. Furthermore you will produce digital newsletters and actively search within the organization for items of news.

You will also supervise and coordinate communication projects of an operational character, such as the production of publications and maintain and build-up an image bank and a database of internal and external contacts.

Function requirements

In view of the international orientation of our organization we are looking for someone with an excellent command of the English language, both written and oral. Preferably an English native speaker, who also has a solid command of Dutch.

You have a Bachelors degree or higher and have preferably completed an education in the field of communications. You have experience with writing articles and managing websites. You possess demonstrable knowledge of methods and techniques in the field of communications and means of communication.

Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage. Interest in football is assumed to be self-evident. We are in search of a flexible team player who fits in with our informal organization.

Terms of employment
Number of hours: 25 - 32 hours, preferably spread over five days. A full-time employment contract in the future is not out of the question.
