Ajax pakt groot uit in kranten in VS, Brazilië en Argentinië

Ajax heeft flink uitgepakt voor de start van het nieuwe Champions League-seizoen. In kranten in de Verenigde Staten, Argentinië en Brazilië verschenen dinsdag paginagrote advertenties van de Amsterdamse club.

Per land verscheen een andere Ajax-speler in de krant: in de VS Sergino Dest, in Argentinië Nico Tagliafico en Lisandro Martinez en in Brazilië David Neres. In de advertentie Join The Future in de VS viel bijvoorbeeld te lezen:

'Dear USA, Just a quick message from Ajax Amsterdam. You might remember us from last year, when our boys surprised the world the Ajax way, with home-grown players and international talents. Today we're starting a new journey in the UEFA Champions League, with the same philosophy and a dream of making history.'

'We hope you'll join us. Join in with our dream. Join in with Sergino's dream. And let's make this a journey to remember.'

Ajax begint dinsdagavond het Champions League-seizoen tegen Lille. De aftrap in de Johan Cruijff Arena is om 21.00 uur.
